Whether it is a precast or any other heating applications for the concrete industry Sauter Plersch AG has experience from various projects.
The Sauter Plersch hot water system produces 85 ° C warm water, which is used for the table heaters for the production of precast concrete, as mixing water in concrete mixer and for hall heating systems.
In hot water system water is heated to 85 ° C with gas burners in two 7,000 liter tank , and fed into a 10,000 liter hot water tank. From there, the hot water is fed directly to the mixers with pumps or heat exchangers at the pumping stations.
Both the table and the hall heaters have closed water cycles in which water in the heat exchangers of the pumping stations is heated with hot water from the hot water tank. Surge tank control the pressure in these closed water circuits.
The Sauter Plersch hot water system produces hot water for the following applications:
Heating table for the production of precast concrete
The table heater works with a closed water circuit. In heating table units the water from the water storage tank is heated in the heat exchangers of the pump stations (SPS).
Water supply for the concrete mixer in concrete production
Hall heating for warming the production halls
The hall heating works with a closed water circuit. In the hall heating water circuit the water from the water storage tank is heated in the heat exchangers of the pumping stations (SPS).
We offer special system for our customers based on their requirements.
